Platform Terms of Service

1. Overview

This platform provides booking request management software for venues. We do not process payments, guarantee venue availability, or enforce venue policies.

2. Role of the Platform

The platform:

• Allows renters to submit booking requests
• Allows venue administrators to approve, deny, cancel, or confirm bookings
• Records manual payment entries entered by venue staff

The platform does NOT:

• Process or hold funds
• Guarantee payment completion
• Act as a legal party in venue rental agreements

3. Data & Responsibility

Venues are responsible for:

• Their booking policies
• Their cancellation and refund rules
• Their financial record accuracy

4. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for disputes between venues and renters.

5. Indemnification

The venue agrees to indemnify and hold the platform harmless from any claims, disputes, or damages arising from venue rental agreements, cancellations, refunds, or payment disputes.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time.
